Stephanie was born and raised in Southern California, where she was a competitive swimmer for 12 years. After graduating from UC Santa Barbara and completing her swimming career she began practicing yoga. After practicing for 5 years she became a certified yoga instructor and taught 3 years at CorePower Yoga before meeting her husband and relocating to Lodi.
Looking for something new she began taking Pilates classes with Nancy and immediately fell in love. Pilates completely transformed her body (which was great after having twins!). She completed her Reformer trainings in May 2015 and is currently in the process of completing the comprehensive Balanced Body Pilates teacher training program.
Leslie is passionate about teaching, learning, and movement! After receiving her Barre Body certification through Studio Body Logic in 2014, she began teaching classes at the east coast college where she was also a Spanish professor. Leslie is now the Associate Director for the Center for Teaching and Learning at the University of the Pacific and thrilled to continue teaching barre and Pilates locally. She completed her comprehensive Pilates teacher training program through Balanced Body. She is also certified to teach group fitness through AFAA and has completed additional barre trainings with Core Barre and Barre Above. Finally, she is the proud mom of a college student who shares her thirst for knowledge and adventure.
Heidi began her movement education as a young child studying many forms of dance. Later she attained a place in the 4 year intensive training course at Laine Theatre of the Arts in London. She gained teaching qualifications in Classical Ballet and Modern Theatre Dance before going on to dance professionally for 16 years traveling all over the world. Originally she began studying Pilates to address old injuries, finding it a natural transition from the dance world. In 2006 she began the Comprehensive Instructor Training Program at Turning Point Studios under Master instructor Nora St. John, now head of the education program for Balanced Body University. Following certification she was asked to teach there. After taking a break to expand her family and relocating to Lodi, Heidi returned to Pilates teaching at The Pump House in Walnut Grove, On Point Pilates Studio in Elk Grove and lately adding Park West Studios right here in Lodi. Heidi continues to expand her knowledge by studying with various master instructors and enjoys working with clients helping them increase their body awareness and alignment.

In 20 sessions, you'll look different.
And in 30 sessions, you'll have a new body."
