No matter how different people are in their day to day living, there is one thing they all have in common. They want to look and feel better! Pilates improves strength, flexibility, coordination, concentration, balance and posture.
Private sessions are specifically tailored to meet your goals and address any therapeutic concerns you have going on in your body. Semi-privates are great to do with a friend and is an affordable personal training option. Small group classes are limited to five people so we can still offer you an effective and efficient personal session.
All session are by appointment only. No drop-ins will be accepted.
We understand you may need to cancel your appointment. We respectfully request that you cancel appointments with 24 hour notification. We are a small studio with limited space. Respecting the cancellation policy respects our instructors, their time and allows another client in need to take your spot. If you do not cancel a minimum of 24 hours prior to your session, you will be charged the full fee.
When you cancel on time, the fee will be credited to your next session.
All sessions are 55 minutes with 5 mins at the end for payment and bookings.
